Patients
Your referral will be initiated by your care team. This may take 5-7 business days. You can view your referral information via your Patient Portal, 24/7, 365 days a year. The link is below.
Within 5-7 business days you will receive a call or text from GSPHC. With the referral information
Your referral coordinator's name.
Specialist’s name, office location, and phone number.
You will also receive instructions on what will happen next.
Most times GSPHC can schedule the appointment with the specialist. However, Sometimes the specialist prefers the patient to schedule their own appointments. This will be included in the instructions of the call or text you will receive.
